What is Luxury to me?

It is defined by how we choose to live, where we choose to live and what we choose to surround ourselves with.

We know it when we sense it, we are transported and delivered a feeling of calm and comfort, satisfaction and pleasure.

So how do we as facilitators work with clients, developers, architects and designers to deliver that to our clients?

Amenities that go above and beyond, shared sophisticated spaces, library meeting spaces, lush rooftop lounges, creating social community spaces and contactless building entry.

Buyers appreciate streamlined interiors, that are pared back with fewer belongings making for easy cleaning and less fuss.

Details such as double door entrances, cloak cupboards and key drop zones create a fabulous first impression.

Wide hallways for art placement, and abundant storage, Kitchens with sculleries and espresso bars.

Fireplaces and built-in bars or book storage and seamless indoor-outdoor transition.

Laundries with drying cupboards.

Opulent master suites with lavish walk-in robes complete with built-in make up tables and island consoles with Cufflink and Jewellery drawers lined in felt.

The ensuite with heated flooring and his/her vanities. We are seeing demand for handyman sheds in the basement, dog and car wash stations, garaged penthouse parking and electric charging stations for cars and bikes.

Personalised resident apps, accessing social engagement in the building, 24/7 housekeeping, personal training and sharing digital keys with family.

We have spent more time in our homes this year than ever before. 2020 has been a time to appreciate and enjoy the finer details in your home.

We are always looking, learning and reflecting on the small details that make life luxurious.

It’s our job to deliver luxury to our clients - to deliver them the 'Luxury Living Experience' - to give them everything they want and sometimes things they didn’t even know existed!
